Our residents live independent, active lifestyles. We plan monthly activities for residents including bingo nights, exercise groups, movie nights, celebrations, religious study and more. Senior living apartments are one-bedroom or two- bedroom units at each location including studios at Lawn Terrace.​

Residents can look forward to weekly and monthly activities, including bingo, exercise groups, Bible study, movie days, birthday parties, holiday celebrations and more.

Please note that these senior apartments are available only for persons 62 and older.

Amenities Include: Heat, water, gas, keycard door entry system, individual climate controlled units, full bathrooms with handrails, elevator and wheelchair access, separate storage space, free parking and laundry facilities including handicap accessibility and accommodations.

Both one and two-bedroom units at each location are well under $1,000/month.

Senior Supportive Living Apartments​

To be eligible for a Supportive Living unit, persons must be 65 and older who pass a determination of needs assessment and have an annual income that meets eligibility guidelines.

No pets are allowed.
