On September 14th 2023, Greater Southwest Community Development Corporation in Partnership with Daley College will host its first annual Southwest Economic Summit. We will be presenting a series of informative panels, discussions, and breakout sessions with leading industry experts and professionals. Our purpose is to provide local businesses and community servicing organizations an opportunity to participate in workshops and attend plenary sessions on several topics related to economic development in and around Chicago.

A light breakfast, lunch and refreshments will be served along with an opportunity to interact with other economic and business professionals. Confirmed speakers and panelists include Kyle Schultz, EVP Business and Workforce Development at World Business Chicago, Lisa Clemmons-Stott, Director of eMobility and Innovation at DCEO, Isabel Velez-Diez, City of Chicago Director of Economic Recovery, as well as mHUB, IMEC and Juan Moreno, President and founder of JGMA with more speakers and people to come.
