Join as we ensure affordable, high quality housing for our senior residents.

Churchview Supportive Living, the most recent senior living facility built by GSDC, is a six story, 86-unit low-income housing development. The development, located at 2626 W 63rd St, Chicago, IL is a great asset to the community of Chicago Lawn. 

The Churchview Supportive Living  facility will undergo a minor, tenant in-place rehab, updating all major mechanicals, installing a commercial grade generator, and refreshing all senior units. This rehab will ensure affordable, high quality housing options for the residents.
