What We Do

We know the COVID-19 outbreak has deeply affected all of us, including those in the small business community. If you’re able we hope you’ll consider supporting one of your local restaurants as long as they remain closed. To make it a bit easier, we’ve compiled a list of places that are offering delivery or take-out service.

Business Services

GSDC focuses on attracting newly opened or new-to-the area businesses, as well as retaining and expanding existing commercial or manufacturing businesses on Chicago’s southwest side. The area is home to small businesses as well as major employers, such as Meade Electric and Dart, all of which support household income and form a solid foundation for economic growth. Read about how we not only provide capital, but also offer support to help Chicagoland small businesses grow.
