The biggest worry of any business is how to get clients? Come learn from our partner in business development, the Women’s Business Development Center, how to get a grip on this issue! You will learn why identifying a target market is important, and learn the basic elements in doing that. You also will learn why you need to know about industry trends and competition and how to go about researching those. This work has to happen before you think about strategies, or you will be wasting precious time! You will have the opportunity to work on these skills in this workshop and plenty of time to ask questions.
