GSDC accepting RFP’s for Security Patrol for SSA 3

10 Nov 2014 8:00 am

Greater Southwest Development Corporation, courtesy of SSA #3, is accepting Requests for Proposal for Security Patrol Services until December 8.

If your firm has demonstrated experience in the project description specified in the
Scope of Services, and you are interested in making your services available to GSDC and Special Service Area #3, feel free to respond to this RFP.

GSDC is currently accepting proposals from security companies for patrol services that protect small businesses located within a Special Service Area #3. The program is funded through a small tax collected from property owners within a pre-determined geographical area.

GSDC and a Board of 63rd Street Commissioners manage the money and use the funds to pay for services that will be funneled directly back into the district through a variety of services and programs. GSDC is seeking a security vendor to offer patrol services along the 63rd Street SSA during the second and third quarter of 2015.

Each proposal submitted will be evaluated by GSDC and the Board of 63rd Street Commissioners for final decision. Applicants will be notified as quickly as possible.
